Exploring styles

Here are some studies, sketches and doodles I did a few years ago, exploring what direction I wanted my artwork to take. This was before I settled on backgrounds.

I always liked things with rivets.

I have been remiss in my blog posting, about three years absent, but it's been an eventful time. My dream of working in the animation industry was achieved in October, 2012, and it's been a fun amazing rollercoaster ride ever since. I've been working at Atomic Cartoons, and am amazed and humbled by the level of talent that resides there. Most of the work I'm posting emanates from that studio. As this is going to be my portfolio blog, I'm also including personal work that I've previously posted so as to bring it closer to the forefront. I hope you like it!
